YourSecret is a mindset-based matching app built around private conversations, Brain matching, and responsible user interaction. We want people to meet, connect, and start real conversations through thoughts, moods, interests, and shared moments — without public profile pressure, harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior.
If you see something that violates our rules or may put another user at risk, please report it. Your reports help our Trust & Safety team review issues, improve moderation, and keep YourSecret safer for everyone.
What You Can Report
You can report content, behavior, or interactions involving:
- Hate speech, cyberbullying, or targeted harassment.
- Threats of real-world violence or harm.
- Non-consensual sharing of private information or third-party identifiers.
- Scam attempts, fraud, or commercial spam.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, or predatory behavior.
- Promotion or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
- Illegal activities, illicit goods, or dangerous content.
- Impersonation, manipulation, or automated abuse of the platform.
- Attempts to bypass moderation, safety systems, or account restrictions.
If you are unsure whether something violates our rules, you can still report it. Our safety team will review the situation.
How to Report
In the App:
- Tap the options menu (…) next to a user, chat, message, mask, or other reportable interaction.
- Select Report.
- Choose the reason that best describes the issue.
- Add context if needed.

When reporting by email, please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- A screenshot, if available.
- The user nickname or account identifier involved.
- The approximate date and time of the issue.
- A short, clear description of what happened.
- Any additional context that may help our team review the report.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information unless it is required to investigate the issue.
What Happens After You Report
- Review: Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports based on the Community Guidelines, platform rules, available evidence, and the safety context of the situation.
- Action: Depending on the issue, we may remove content, limit functionality, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.
- Urgent Safety Issues: We aim to review urgent safety concerns as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours when possible.
- Appeals: If an account action was taken and the user believes it was a mistake, the user may be able to request a review through the moderation and appeals process.
- Legal Escalation: For serious cases involving credible threats, child safety, illegal activity, or other high-risk situations, YourSecret may preserve or disclose relevant information where required or permitted by law, and may cooperate with appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable legal process.
